I guess I won't be headed into London after all. The friend I was planning on meeting up with got the wrong idea. I'll probably just end up with a load of vodka and whine about the state of the world on vent Cheesy

Breaking just his arm is a good thing after falling from that height. Oh, and he gets to scribble all over it too!

Yeah I'm real glad that it wasnt worse.  And I'm trying to talk him into getting an orange cast, and letting everyone scribble in black felt marker on it,  School colors.

I could sit in front of my PC all day and drink on the 25th too, but mine's broken, so it'll be a totally different experience if I do that.

Mate, this made me laugh so damn hard that I now have a sore throat.

Umm let's see. Closest bar is about 50 miles from here, and the whole area is pretty much shut down to begin with. Most the bars/clubs/shops/stores are seasonal and won't reopen until about May. I could sit in front of my PC all day and drink on the 25th too, but mine's broken, so it'll be a totally different experience if I do that. New PC has been ordered, but it looks like it won't ship until Jan 4th...I'm not gonna make it 'til then.
The house is going to be full of relatives from the 24th to about the 26th so I'm pretty sure I'll have my hands full. Making a run to the liquor store tomorrow to insure that I survive the holiday.  Wink

As for New Years', I'm usually tending bar, I have no idea what to do this year. Maybe I'll go drinking with the ducks.

Elijah fell off of a 15 ft high bridge on Sunday, now his arm is in a cast.  They are suppose to go to their dad's on the 29th now if he doesnt mess that up too.  So after that I'm sleeping until they come home.

So what are you guys up to?

I'll be out in the local pub on the 24th, drinking at the computer all day on the 25th, recovering for the next few days, then headed into London for the 31st.

You simply MUST have better plans! heh
