Engineering was my favorite and i will always suggest it, it is the only reason i was able to play WoW as long as i did
I knew I didn't get all of em, Eng has some good ones too.

you don't make much as an enchanter, with all you have invested in it you get like 5-20 gold tips and people give you the materials to do it. The ring enchants make it worth it though.  The stuff that you can only do if you have the profession are the only things that make it worth it.
Jewel Crafting=3 higher stat epic gems
Enchanting=Ability to enchant rings
Inscription=A good shoulder enchant
Mining=increased stamina
Skinning=increased crit
Herbalism=A small heal (I may be wrong here)
Tailoring=A cloak enchant?
Blacksmithing=Ability to add extra slots to your gloves and bracers.

I think the math shows enchanting+Jewel is the highest buff to stats overall but very difficult to lvl without a gathering helping.
To drop a profession go to character>skills>there is a 0 with a line through it, click and confirm to drop it then just learn the other.

Thanks mate. I see loads of people asking enchanters, so I think I'll respec if I figure out how. Oh, and my account got converted an hour ago. So much for their 4th Jan estimate. Hehe

I've been liking mining and jewel crafting. JC, enchanting, and blacksmithing seem to be the better stat boost end game. mining can make you some pretty good money. It is pretty hard to make money off most of the crafting since it cost so much to level them, gathering on the other hand is just all profit.

I'm fiddling about with a Hunter at the moment. Damn, this is an easy class to play! Quite fun too, and I didn't realise I'd have a pet Smiley I'm working on his leatherworking and skinning, so once he hits cap, I'll pick up something for my Druid. I'm thinking herbalism and something else for him.

Anyway, here's how I have my UI currently. It seems to have all the info I need apart from I seem to be unable to find out how much money I have without opening up a NPC trade window :/

I have actually been really pleased with blizzard support over the last 4 years or so.  I have had item's I sold to vendors by mistake, an account stolen and plenty of other things but all were handled fairly well by blizzard.  Gotta love how hard they come down on bots, they brought down the biggest "wowglider" through the legal system. Hopefully it will all get sorted out quickly for you, my main is a druid and It's been great so far.

Just another leveling tip. If you can stand the people you get grouped with, use the dungeon finder every once in awhile similar to how you would use scenarios while questing in warhammer. This just opens up the options to skip the long quest with little reward and fills up some of the gaps where there isn't much to do.  Most groups now are pretty good and get through dungeons nicely because of the BoA gear they send from mains.  You also get a little goodie bag with a blue.

Aye. It's because of the holidays. Apparently, my account needs to be checked manually, and this won't be done before 4th January. I'm really not very pleased about that. Trial accounts are limited to lvl 20, so either I start up some alts, or I twiddle my thumbs. They were happy enough to take payment instantly, and there really is no good reason for the delay in my mind. If they could guarantee reversal of my upgrade fees (which they can't), I'd happily reroll using my old account just to get things moving along. I know it's 'only' £20, but I really am that broke these days.

I can't say that I'm impressed with the situation at all.

If you bought the account online, it either ends up waiting til the trial period ends, or it confirms the funds from your bank account. If it's waiting on confirming the funds, it's probably due to the holiday. I was in the same boat when I got a 2nd account for my fiance' and I to house bank toons/etc - Quite frustrating to have to wait it out.

I hope your enjoying your druid! I just got mine to 75, and am really enjoying it! Once you get your UI all setup, you'll have to send us a screenshot Smiley

Oh! Almost forgot! The only things that I can think of to help you level quickly are the following suggestions:

1) Don't buy a ton of gear on the AH (Waste of money) - Quests Rewards are meant to do this for you, and loot drops have been increased. Save your money for riding training, and epic riding training... both of which make traveling faster.

2) Have a mage port you to Shattrath or Dalaran (if you have either expansion). This way you can set your hearth here, and have a teleport to any major city every 30 minutes. Makes traveling that much easier.

3) Get an addon called "Zygor's Leveling Guide". It's a "paid for" addon, and actually has a license file that goes with it. I'm sure you can find it for free somewhere if you don't want to pay. But, when matched with a map addon like TomTom it walks you through step by step on what to do next while at your level. TomTom actually gives you an arrow on screen that points you to the next area. The most difficult thing about it is figuring out where you're at if you're starting part way in lol

I like this addon more than quest helper mostly because it provides more structure while leveling, and this is something I desperately require. It mostly keeps me from getting what I need from a quest, and going on to the next one, only to realize that another quest in my book was back where I just did the last one.

Thanks for that Kaije. That's a lovely idea. I'm kinda glad it didn't work though as I need to learn the game, so ploughing through by myself is a good way I think.

I'm a bit pissed off actually. I decided to buy the game on Xmas day, but the account's still registered as a trial. My friend sent me some gold and I can't access the mail yet. The worst thing is that I somehow forgot that I already have a WoW account from Feb 2005. What a tit! lol

I have used Bagnon for quite some time - went to Ark for a while, but the newest update makes Bagnon capable of all the same things as Ark now (atleast those I use), and it uses less resources.

Darwa, I wish you the best. I did my best to try to create a DK on your server so that I may help power level you, but alas, it seems that once you pick US servers, you're unable to pick EU servers. Unless someone knows how to go around this, I'll just be raiding and leveling more toons on US Norgannon Smiley
